Just another note about the challenges of the English language. Why "a unique..." rather than "an unique..."? When a "u" word is pronounced as though it begins with a "y" (yoo nique), it's treated more like the consonant sound of the y. So, a university, an umbrella, a usual day, an unusual day.

Afetr so many years the guy rings me tonight and asks me to contact the GetSome admins to remove the thread or he will take me to court over defamation of character as it s a bad look on his business name.

Ive since PM'd Zarkov and Osiris regarding it. I hope they come back with good news as this guys given me a week to sort it or hes going to see his lawyers. Tbh this is over and done with and I dont want to drag it back up.

seems it made it to this website also, which hes asked me to remove from as well.. sigh.

He may well win a defamation suit, unless there is an ongoing trend of this happening. If there is I'd get him to take out the lawsuit, then counter claim him of court costs and put him out circa $30k
