Also squats are not rare for me. Im doing them every day. Well deads, squats over head, back and front and olympic lifts like the cleans, jerks and snatches.

After a big workout yes. But they are normally only an hour long so I dont get to involved in it. With the heavy weights I may only work on them for half an hour. And that be just on form correction alone. No weight. Just bar.Plus im about 65% wolverine. So body heals overnight normally

I'm on Wendler's 'Big but boring' program atm and even that has a full week off (or just additional training, no main lifts) once a month.Otherwise I'm doing Chest/tris Mon, Deads/Biceps Tue - rest - OHP/shoulders Thurs, Squats/core, Friday. then REST NIGGA REPEAT.Give your body a rest m8.
