I have a razer deathadder, a few years old now and I find it quite comfy but I don't like the scroll wheel so much on it. I think it's more important to find one which fits your hand best.

I was looking at the deathadder because it's obviously one of if not the most popular mouse, but it really seems to be pretty much exactly the same mouse as the Mamba but without the wireless ability.
