It fucks me off how couriers aren't held accountable by anything but their own shitty policies.

Sent a parcel off on Friday on overnight delivery with a Saturday delivery ticket (to Auckland). Parcel made it to Auckland at 3am on Saturday and sat in their fucking depot until 10am this morning.
