But yes, I basically feel as though I want to lay waste to the world. Although the all encompassing statement I edited out of my original post is a bit too broad. I wish things were a bit simpler, a bit more black and white.

I am experiencing some rather ass flavoured life at the moment. Guilt, what ifs, anger, hatred, stress, wanting to shut out the world, all raising their ugly heads at the moment. I'm stuck somewhere between impulse action, depression and pure rage. I don't have the money for the first, the time for the second, or the skills for the third (nor the build, depending on how you interpret it). So basically I feel stuck. Trapped is almost the last thing a man should feel, but it appears to be the situation I've gotten myself into.

I just got a MBP air, with 500gb SSD..

this thing rocks..  that and the nvidia 750m gfx card and 16gb of ram.. so good for gaming..

When work gave it to me i though i was going to hate it, i know love the danm thing.. and for stuff i can't do i have a Windows 7 VM, Ubuntu VM and a Centos VM.

Try reseating the card and cleaning the contacts, also boot without it then boot again with it to reset the kexts/drivers (easier than the software way to do it)

RAM is usually the culprit of these things, you should solve my recovery query in tech area
