Weird.

After all the mortgage bashing I've done, I now want to buy a house.

Worse case scenario is I can pull a Codex if I decide to move and rent it out.

I'm making a small return too, not that I really care as long as it covers its own costs which it does.

Nice, we did seriously consider it as we would have pulled a major profit. But the no insurance and the upkeep/stress of a 120 year old home just wasn't worth it in the long run.

The last 4 days I have never been so relaxed when I get home..... 4 years of shit all disappeared in 1 weekend!

You are putting money aside for maintenance, rates, tenants trashing the place, the usual landlord headaches?

Yeah that's not worth, too stressful in a sitch like that, could always invest in more property though once you've settled into your new home

Of course x) insurance covers this well too, plus the bond was quite hefty hah

http://www.stuff.co.nz/life-style/10016594/Trust-us-The-restaurant-with-no-menu

TL;DR new restaurant in Russley that has no menu.. they serve everyone the same meal, which changes daily.

$65 which is a bit pricey in some ways, but quite reasonable for a 4 course meal.

Anyone keen on giving it a go?

That's a cool idea.

I've used the term before, but more from the perspective of the way achievements are given as you go about daily life

That's what it was originally invented for.
But it's still a nasty term. It sounds putrid. If one was synesthetic hearing it would make them blind, I'm sure.

Sounds like many other resturants, the kind that offer a set menu.
Only with one option instead of two or three, and nothing outside it.
Sounds fine to me.

65 a bit steep, but then again 4 course you say... (what even is four courses? 3 is as far as my knowledge goes).

Oh yeah, rofl.
That was the one he nailed on your couch too right? xD

Your ex was a bit upset about it and all the guys were 'yeah, who would do that?' while trying to give him the visual high five without being too obvious, rofl.

Having a Degustation is a worthwhile experience, you could have 10-20 courses, all of varying foods, all small servings served with accompanying wine/spirit/beverage to help bring out the flavours and textures.

If you ever get invited to a full degustation, do it!
