Fucking ripper.
Just had the tierods, inner rackends and front discs + pads done, set me back a cool $500. Then off to the WOF guy to get it re-checked and passed, then finally a wheel alignment. Solid day of car treatment.

I bought some touch up paint and fixed a few dodgy little spots and paint chips that had a bit of rust.

Took it for a WOF, even though the speedo's not working it still passed.

What did i do do my car today? Cleaned off the biggest 3 birdshits i'd ever seen in my entire life. If they weren't white with spots of green i'd think they were from a human shitting sideways. Also rescued a dragonfly that flew into my head while i was driving and got stuck on the dash.

Got my suspension installed yesterday. Feels great, no more swaying and a lot more secure on the ass and, hopefully no more tail kicks going around the corners.
Only downside are the front wheels rubbing against the arch, so tomorrow I have someone coming out to roll them. Success.

yeah but doesn't he have to pay for the excess to repair your car? When I hit someone elses I had to pay the excess to my insurance company to repair theirs many years ago
Either way he has to repair your car, if he's being a dick then go through insurance and let them take care of the messy stuff

Helped my mate replace his back break discs and pads, took out his back struts and put some ligit one's in. Replaced tierods then took his car for a VTNZ WOF and it passed. Then gave the car a full service and getting started on sanding it back tomorrow.
