Mixed Mode Server

Sorry guys, been out most of the week with work commitments. I will have a look at the config and tweak it for tonight.

I will see if there is any kind of intuitive plugin for increasing/decreasing the ticket count relative to the server population.

Will increase the spawn time for jets to one spawn per round, that will keep Venomoose and the other jet whores out of the server :p (seriously though I will set this back to standard and see what feedback is received)

Hmmm LeadCollector, we just played 3 tank superiority maps in a row, with no option to vote map, can you jumble up the map order or something?

Also, server needs an auto balancer
