They can't.

Their missile program isn't advanced enough to accurately travel that far. Plus their nuclear devices are too big to fit into/onto any missile. The underground tests they did were tests, and they are still very far away from being able to launch a strike like that.

That being said, their primary target would be SK, probably Seoul given how close to the boarder it is, oh and that whole it being capital thing. It is thought NK has artillery which would be able to hit Seoul, and would be the most likely first strike.

Its over 3000km's from Guam to NK. No way artillery could hit it. Also no way NK's "nukes" could hit it, because as I said, they are too big to fit on a missile.

3000 miles is close enough for a mid range missile, with a reasonable payload
