10 years back you're almost getting into jetstream gaming realm territory.
Though it's more like 15 when it was in it's peak (going back to the days of 128k at the dawn of DSL in NZ).

Nah gaming services were shut down a while back.
You could ask DirtyApe or the ACS group on steam I suppose. They might have a few other sly things on the run, but I think the whole gaming aspect was shut down.
