The key for me is team sport.Do something fun, meet good people and have a blast. The team environment keeps you motivated to keep going/do better etc.Hockey getting a bit hard now (too much of an unskilled fat fuck these days, lol), so switched to rowing recently. Fucking love it.That and walking (w/ public transport if too far), that's the key I reckon.
