I'm sorry, I know this is blunt and I may be completely out of line but here are the top 10 reasons (off the top of my head) to NOT make a moderator "schedule"
1: The moderators are not robots, they have school, university or employment that is more concerning to them then the server.
2: They are not required to be on for a certain amount of time each day. This is a game, not a full time job.
3: They may not want to be on all the time, they can enjoy themselves in other ways like cs:go competitive matches (cray_z_kill)
4: There is not too much 'mass rdm' when moderators aren't on except for late night and early morning.
5: Which unlucky moderator has to give up his/her late night/early morning to deal with this?
6: They have enough shit to deal with when joining a map halfway through and finding 20 different reports, 70% of which can't even be called RDM.
7: You yourself can record and help deal the mass rdm if you look here

9: You could also help by not encouraging rdm by being antagonising/mean to new players who rdm'd you once or by going and revenge rdming him, yeah I've seen you do that as well.
10: (This is directly at you sorry) You could not go around saying "Oh, I've messaged quantum multiple times about getting permanent reports/ban evidence or karma-like bans, but for the moment we need to reduce the amount of rdm" so you rdm them yourself and use that excuse thinking it's acceptable.
BONUS: Message a staff member and they'll usually come running like puppy dogs wanting to play if they're not doing anything of importance.
I'm sorry, you either expect too much from the moderators or I don't expect enough. They're not your babysitters. They're there to moderate (kept or keeping within reasonable or proper limits; not extreme, excessive, or intense - dictionary.com), not to waste hours of their lives so you can enjoy yourself without a care in the world. If you want the server to see less rdm, you should take the time and do something about it yourself, not going to the wrong section of the forums and saying oh let's try and make the mods' lives even harder.
If you like the server and want to help it, then help it, it's not hard - I've managed to do it and that means anyone can do it
Also I know where your coming from to make this post. You probably got rdm'd once, god forsake it even twice, today and no justice was served, yeah I know that's what happened to me with 'Whitehouse landmines'.
