I thought I would make this thread for people who would like to showcase their skills in manual arts and craft. I've always been active in a workshop and I've made quite a large collection of stuff and things. I don't have any pictures on my computer of things at the moment but I will start flooding the tread in a few hours.

Under  Tray Storage Box for my fathers Ute. It's made out of 0.8mm zinc-anneal sheet metal and 30mm angle iron. It is also water / weather proof.

As part of my design and technology assignment a while back, I had to design and make some desk tides for some younger kids. All parts where cut using a lazer cutter and it was also engraved using the lazer cutter.

Another desk tidy / draw set that I made for myself. Made from pine and miranti.

I made this foam insert for a boardgame I brought a couple of weeks ago. Much better than a bunch of plastic bags.

To be fair, a laser cutter is the best way to cut acrylic. If you want, I'll post some tables I've made.

I also plan to get into copper sculptures / "things". I fucking love that metal so much. homfg.

So Pigdog, Do you have access to these machines (laser cutters, ) or did you buy them personally?

I just have access to them, my old school lets me use its workshop.
Fun fact, the laser cutter is worth $30,000 (its pretty cheep as far as laser cutters go)

That arcade machine is a great idea, I've seen some pretty mad designs.

A few years ago one of my students made a Raspberry Pi powered lunchbox arcade emulator. It was very cool.

I should hope it'd be quite obvious to anyone on this forum that I didn't build these at all. The images didn't come from google, they came direct from the fellow who did( build them)'s website.

In other news I've started my next project. A 6-8 seater beef wood dining table. Pictures will come later as I'm currently out at a rural property with bad Internet.

Haha I guess we aren't very observant. I also just finished my dining room table today, all that remains is about 3 hour's of sanding and 3 coats of clear varnish.

I once made a candlestick holder. I gave it to mum for christmas. She promptly caught it on fire by letting the candle burn too low.
